In this project, a program was organized to invite 30 entrepreneurs from Rangpur to Dhaka, who had never been to Dhaka before or had any idea about modern food courts. In Dhaka, they visited Basundhara Shopping Complex Food Court along with other entrepreneurs' shops. During the visit, they focused on various aspects such as hotel, kitchen, hygiene, environment, food presentation management, packaging, customer management, etc.
Through this visit, the entrepreneurs established connections among themselves. They shared their current business situation, challenges, and ideas with each other and discussed new possibilities for their businesses, which would contribute to the growth of their future business and ensure safe food.
Through this initiative, entrepreneurs were also inspired to fulfill their business goals and aspirations, and they could identify areas for business development. After the two-day visit, a feedback-sharing meeting was organized with the entrepreneurs, where they shared their findings. One of the entrepreneurs mentioned, "I have been running a street food business for the past 15 years, but I never imagined that this business could be done in such a magnificent way. I will definitely incorporate these ideas into my business when I return to Rangpur.
